These guys quoted an hourly price on phone and email then changed to a flat fee once they arrived and saw the load. When asked about taking only a part of the load they quoted the same flat fee. I asked them to step outside while I discussed the new much higher price with my wife and we could hear them making fun of us and laughing outside, so I asked them to leave. Terribly unprofessional and just plain rude. Even reported to the better business bureau |
