I contracted with Britts Auto Transport on 6/26/09 to move 6 cars up North and that's when my problems began. I was assured by Mr. Britt my cars were supposed to be loaded on Friday 6/26 and be delivered late Saturday night or Sunday morning. My cars were not loaded and I had to make several phone calls to get an answer. This company fails to return phone calls or respond to E-mails My cars finally were loaded on Monday 6/27 after I verified they left the storage lot and were supposed to be delevered on Tuesday 6/30 It is Tuesday6/30 and I have yet to get a phone call from Mr. Britt as to the status of my cars nor has he responded to my E-mails. I have checked with other trucking companies that broker with Mr. Britt and all have told me of horror stories they have had with Mr. Britt. I wish I had checked them out before I contracted with them and save my self a lot of grief. THis company is not reliable, does not communicate with their customers and they lie to their customers. Stay away!! |
