I'm writing this to warn other customers. They record your quote estimate wrong and you won't notice until a few days before the move so they can keep your deposit. Your quoted binding estimate will go from $3000 to more than $8000 and what was a described as a large box gets marked as a medium box, Large bird cages (6ft tall) become small bird cages (1ft tall). Also, they mimic the name of Verified Movers to drum up business. What I'm saying is that I want my deposit back and never have to deal with them again. If you can't trust them with the estimate recording, how can you trust them with your stuff? |
