I am writing to you to give you some feedback. I have used USA preferred movers on 2 previous occasions and after the first occasion I have never asked for a quote from any other company. The customer service representative that did the estimate was fantastic, totally professional and he has supported us a lot. We also received our goods at the new residence as agreed and without any damage. My family was very impressed with the overall quality and wanted me to thank you for it. I can honestly say that as a result of using your company again there was no stress involved in our move. A huge credit to you all! |
