I have been speaking with one of your representatives and inquiring about you guys helping with our move. I have spoken with him already and today he sent me a text at a busy time. You can just read what was said. I was trying to read his text he sent this morning while unlocking my apartment and dealing with two kids and I accidentally sent hit a “haha” react because I have a iPhone. These accidents happen a lot but this is what your associate sent me immediately instead of approaching the matter in a better way. I’m sorry your associate was rude and immature and I would not like to do business with you all. |
