I was impressed, starting with a rapid initial response and a very straightforward and honest quote. I also appreciated getting a call on the day of the move to see if the movers could show up *sooner* than originally requested b/c they'd finished another job earlier. Although I wasn't available, they showed up a few minutes early to ensure they were in place and ready to go at the original start time. Very nice, friendly, considerate, and hard-working crew - even with a three-story walk-up condo! THANK YOU, Navistar Van Lines, and will be happy to recommend you and hire you again if/when the time comes! |
