We had our stuff delivered three weeks ago. It was packed so badly, everything was thrown into boxes. Every item of furniture was damaged too. Worst of all, they lost so much of our stuff- about $6000-$7000 worth and will now not answer any phone calls and have not done anything to try and locate our items. I have phoned them so many times over the last three weeks and they ignore all of my phone calls, voice messages and emails. There seems to be only one person who anyone can talk to called Byron WHO NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE OR ANSWERS MESSAGES. They are the Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Never hire them!! |
