WORST brokers ever. They are a FRAUD. DO NOT USE. It has been 6 weeks and I still do not have my furniture. Travis Joseph and Billy Joseph are lying snakes. Customer service, it takes forever to get them to answer the phone and when they do they are unhelpful, rude and promise to call you back with information but never do. When I ask to speak to a manager or superior they say there is no one else. Richard is the worst. No communication. Their slogan is helping you move every step of the way It should be take your money and you never hear from them again. The only time I heard from them was after I wrote several bad reviews, someone actually called me and offered me $500 to change my reviews but they still could not tell me when I would get my things. Mind you I have spent almost $7000 and NO delivery date after 28 business days. They are a SCAM. DO NOT USE |
