My experience with vintage van lines was terrible. I scheduled my move several weeks in advance and paid a $600 deposit. I called several times a few days before my scheduled move only to be told by customer service they would call 24-48hrs before with specific time movers would arrive. I received an email the afternoon before my scheduled move cancelling and saying they did not service my area. I am still waiting on refund of my deposit and have had to contact customer service about it as well. I would not recommend this moving company to anyone! Terrible service!!!! |
