The are a fraud, once you pay the deposit, they stop answering the phone, they were supposed to move the move and send a 3rd party to do everything. The cross country move was given to a truck driver that hauls and pics up trips. Had no experience doing loading or offlaoding. Dropped several boxes labeles Fragile and when packing the trucks, the Labeled Heavy boxes were at the top and the fragile at the bottom. New City Disappeared after the move was dropped. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. Their packing manager haggled me for more money the day before the pick up because he said it wouldnt fit. Tried charging me double my rate to make sure everything went on. |
