This company has very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have requested a refund from JAMES HARRIS in December 2020 and he said he would process it; I called him back 2 weeks later and he said he processed it and would check on the status and call me back-Well it’s been OVER A 45 days & I have Not heard from JAMES!! When I call the Customer Service girl ALWAYS SAYS JAMES WILL CALL ME BACK & he NEVER DOES & the Girl is VERY RUDE!! She said she would Block my calls!! I told her to have MANAGEMENT call me, waiting on Management’s cal! This Company LIES AND DOES NOT HAVE ANY TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!! I do NOT RECOMMEND them!! I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO BBB & the Attorney General’s office & legal ramifications! |
