BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK. READ ALL FINE PRINT BEFORE SIGNING AND GIVING A DEPOSIT!! I Was promised at the time of booking 12/21. I would have my things on 12/30. Here is it 01/11/20. The driver just called to say he'll be here in the morning. Although 3 days ago I was told I would have my things Saturday. No one ever called or showed up. Then I was told the following day, again no show. Then told today, now driver is saying tomorrow. I work from home and I have not worked because of this. The customer service ppl were rude, the ppl who loaded the truck was rude. When I ask him to explain to me what I was signing and the reasons the prices were different he became very agitated and mean. Then texted me at 1:30 in the morning a least of my things he loaded. Everyone LIES!! Me and my daughter's life has been completely turned upside down to say the least. AGAIN READ ALL FINE PRINT BEFORE YOU PAY DEPOSIT! BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK! ESPECIALLY IF DOING A LONG DISTANCE MOVE. THEY WILL GIVE EVERY REASON UNDER THE SUN FOR WHY YOUR ITEMS ARE DELAYED!!! THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I WOULD USE PRIME TIME MOVERS OR ANT OF THEIR AFFILIATES!!! TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY THE ONLY PERSON TO APOLOGIZE WAS THE DRIVER THE LAST TWO DAYS! HE EVEN SAID HE DON'T KNOW WHY THEY LIE TO PPL. |
