Please be warned that this is NOT a moving company. It is just a middle man that connects you with other moving companies, and Priceline Logistics does NOT care what movers they contract with. Priceline Logistics severely under-represented the cost of my move, and my final cost ended up twice as much as what I was quoted - I was quoted $1,700, and when the actual moving company arrived, they charged me $3,300. In addition to this, I was also only given a 4-hour's notice for when the moving company would arrive, though I had been told by two separate people that I would be given at least a day's notice. When the moving company finally delivered my things, they ruined all my furniture - someone literally tore off the legs of my desk, destroying the wood, and severely scratched, dented, and scraped my credenza. When I contacted Priceline Logistics, they told me that they're not responsible for damages because they aren't a moving company, and referred me to the claim's department of the moving company they contracted with. I initially decided to go with Priceline Logistics because Brian Davis, the man who contacted me on the phone, offered me $300 off if I booked with him that day. Do NOT fall for this. He misrepresented the costs, was unhelpful, and ignored my e-mails when I expressed my frustrations with the whole move. The entire experience felt like a bait and switch. |
