I contacted Move At Once on their website first to put in a request and I had a call back within few hours, so I really appreciated that. We set up the moving day and time and they were very flexible with the timing. They were also very quick and they had lots of available dates. I even called them back to change the time we agreed on and there were no problems. When it came to moving day, they called me in advance to confirm their arrival time and actually let me know they were running an hour ahead of schedule. They were courteous, though not overly personable but did a great job packing everything up and asked questions, so we had to give a little bit of direction. Overall they were quick, efficient and did a great job for our first time moving with them. |
