Actually this is a compliment and a complaint. First, I want to compliment the men that were very efficient and thorough with my move, they handled everything with their expertise. But, I am heartbroken because I am missing my trash can that had a new black garden hose and sentimental containers in it when my precious dog passed away. I contacted Atlantis van lines, no one can seem to find it. I watched the man loading the truck from the apartment garage into the truck and unloading it into my garage in my house. I even checked with the apartment complex that I moved from to check the garage there, it was empty. This is so frustrating and depressing, hope they will find it to relieve my stress. But they made sure that all my remaining belongings were moved with ease and they also offered me compensation for the loss. |
