We moved at the very end of June, 2020. These guys were professional and polite. They arrived a little early, but didn't start the clock on us and waited patiently until we were ready to begin. They were very careful with our belongings, and we had zero damage though they had to use the staircase. The crews were efficient and hard-working, and really nice guys as well. They came in well under the estimate. The parking signs we paid for were not put up, but when I called to complain they were able to politely (and with evidence) verify that Atlantis van lines had done their part, and it was the city that had dropped the ball. The person I spoke with was very apologetic, even though it was clearly not their fault. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! |
