I had them one day for packing and the next for loading my rental truck. They were very responsive to email. They promptly responded to all of my questions and had helpful information to help me prepare for them loading my rental truck. They told me how many bungee cords and tie downs, as well as furniture pads to buy. Nice workers. They worked very fast, but were not rushing things. There was a slight scratch left on my door, which the movers immediately brought to my attention. The next day one of the managers contacted me about this as well. These things happen in moves and this was very minor, but they were honest and took the initiative in this. Competitive Rates- They quoted me a cheaper rate than another moving company. Go with these guys! You won't find a better service for the money! |
