I think we can agree moving is stressful. Ray was great, at first. After speaking with multiple moving companies, I chose to go with Cross Country movers. Apparently, my move was scheduled for a two day window, but I had to call 4 times to finally hear back from “dispatch” - the outside contractors they brought on, that they weren’t going to come until the following day. When I asked for specifics and why it was so difficult to get ahold of them, the “dispatch” company said “I don’t really care, we won’t pick up your shit”; The day of a cross country move!! I planned this weeks in advance! I’ve called multiple times. No one will answer to return my deposit. I’ve been scammed. Worst experience I have EVER had with a moving company & this is my sixth move. |
