Horrible company. Do not book with them unless you want them to smoke in your house and show up late!! We were told they would be here at 8am on the 31st to pick up our stuff. They called us at 1pm the day of our move and said they were still 6 hours away and we would have to wait until the next day. Didn’t offer any discount because of our inconvenience. there’s a huge lack of communication and they hide fees. They pretend like they do things “the right way” but telling us on the 30th that you’ll be here at 9 am the next day and then not showing up until over 24 hours later and an entire day late is ridiculous. Way over priced compared to other companies. Wish we would have just picked someone else. Then when the movers got here they were smoking in the back of the moving truck on everyone’s stuff in the truck and they were smoking in our home!! We filed a complaint with the BBB and a dispute with our bank and the company had the nerve to lie about everything!! Do not use them!! The only reason they have some decent reviews is because they go out of their way to file disputes on reviews on every single website. They have attempted to take down every review I have written despite everything I’ve said being true. |
