You always know you are onto a good thing when a company you work with remembers your birthday! I had only told my rep it was my birthday because he called two days before and asked if he could follow up on that day, so I had to tell him he couldn’t and then when he called the next week he asked how my birthday was!! So cute! Anyway it all went good after that, not really sure I can find any problems at all. And the personal thing is really what sticks in my head. |
