Great experience! But here is my story...... I called L&M Moving and provide my list 4 times because I had to change something�s because of the price. The staff was professional and patient with me and excited to here from me. Well, I got a quote from another company and I called L&M Moving to inform them that I was going with another company because it was $200 lower. L&M could not match it for all that I was moving and the distant. That old saying, you get what you pay for. After going with the other company who was not as professional but the price was right, I was disappointed with the other company when it was time to pick up my items. The other company called me and told me the day of my move that they had to push me out 4 days due to trucks being overloaded and other lame excuses, of course that was not acceptable and I let them have it! I called L&M Moving back to see if they could help. Michael was very honest, professional and patient with me again and was willing to assist me. They could not come that day but was able to pick my items up 2 day later giving me the same quote they gave me 3 weeks prior and still was able to help me meet my moving deadline from New York to Florida. It took much patience to deal especially getting my list together. At the end of my move, he followed up with me. I had NO broken, scratched, dented or missing items.
