The crew was 6 hours late showing up so we didn't finish until 9:30 at night. I did not plan on moving into the dark. First they said there was a broken truck, then when they finally arrived they said they didn't have a driver. I had this move scheduled three weeks in advance - I think they had time to get a driver and make sure their trucks were working. No one answered the phone, and James Walls, the estimator, would not answer his cell. The crew was fine and nothing was damaged, so I'm pleased about that. But I wouldn't use this company again. |
