I usually don’t take the time to post reviews, good or bad but I felt obligated to share my experience with Cardinal Van Lines because of the excellent experience we had. My husband and I recently moved back to San Francisco from Dallas and decided to choose Cardinal. They weren’t the cheapest option we had but the last time we moved we decided to go with the lowest price and it ended up being a horrible decision. First of all, our moving coordinator was professional and detailed throughout the entire moving process and made us feel at ease. The actual movers were very professional as well, they took their time wrapping our furniture and loading the truck to make sure everything was transported safely. A few of the boxes were a little beat up but there were no damages whatsoever. At delivery, the same guys did a great job putting everything back together and placed everything where we needed it. We had a terrible moving experience in the past and we’re very nervous about who to choose this time around but Cardinal exceeded our expectations and we’re more than happy with their service. |
