Door 2 Door helped move us in a 2 day process. We needed to move out of an apartment (on the 3rd floor) but would not be allowed to move into a new apartment until the following day. Door 2 Door responded quickly and gave a quote that they stuck to. They were able to provide overnight storage for the 2 day process. Door to Door were professional and quick. They were careful to wrap items which needed to be wrapped. i.e. couch, mirrors etc.. Nestor was team lead and communicated well with us. His teams Juan and Adrian as well as others were professionally respectful, and organized. At one point during our move, they noticed new neighbors of ours having a difficult time moving an oversized item. They jumped in to help which was very thoughtful of them. I have had many moves previously in the Chicago area. This was the best experience, least stressful I have been through. Thank you To Hidelberto, Nestor and team! - Jacob |
