DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This is by far the absolute WORST moving company I have ever used. They arrived a day late to pick up our things, the moving van was outdated and rotting inside. They kept increasing the cost of the move, which is a scam. We were told our things would be delivered on the 27th, then were told it wouldn’t be until the 1st because the “driver didn’t feel like driving”. LAZY. No one had tried to call us to help resolve the situation so we had to call ourselves. Annie, the customer service representative was ZERO help. She had very little information about anything regarding our move (isn’t that her JOB?). She then said she had no notes about our things being delivered on the 1st; instead the delivery would be made the following weekend. AVOID THIS MOVING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I wouldn’t be surprised if the good reviews were random people paid to do so. This company is a rip off and a poor excuse of a company. I would give ZERO stars if I could! |
