> I am writing to thank you for the excellent service that my roommate > and I received in our move. > > I chose Carmel Movers because my coworker, Jamie Lee, recomended the service saying that she had had an excellent experience with a move approximately one year ago. I was nervous about hiring professional movers because I have heard many horror stories about people's experiences (delayed moves, damaged property, over-charging, etc). Having never used a professional moving company before, I was not sure what to expect. > > During my initial call, Daniel was extremely helpful and patiently answered my many questions, ultimately convincing me to hire Carmel. I appreciated all of the follow up emails and phone calls up until the night before our big move. Antonio and his crew showed up exactly on time on Saturday morning and were extremely efficient, professional and funny. They made the move easy and enjoyable and my roomate and I really appreciated it. > > Although we ended up paying the minimum three hours for what only > ended up being two hours of work, we both agreed that it was worth the cost and we would not hesitate to use Carmel again. We will also recommend Carmel Movers to everyone else we know |
