I would never recommend A & A Family Moving to anyone. They cancelled on us the morning of our move due to an issue with their truck. Austin initially told us they were in the process of renting a U-Haul and be late to the job, then one of his movers called us and told us that Austin wanted to reschedule for later in the week, and nobody was told to rent another truck. At this point it became almost impossible to get Austin on the phone. I understand that unforeseen circumstances happen, but the complete lack of communication, and the dishonesty about what was really going on was frustrating and unprofessional. In addition, a friend had hired them the weekend prior to move and they cancelled on them two days in a row, and experienced a similar run around. We ended up hiring Two Men and a Truck and had a great experience with them, and their pricing was on par with A & A. |
