This company is the worst! Never had this kind of experience with any other company in Canada! They broke my 400$ dollar item and for compensation they offered me $20. In their email they mentioned that we are not an insurance company to pay for your broken item. Then who should pay for it, You cannot believe how miserable they are. With their scales your items would always be over weighted to charge you two or three times more. They are dishonest. When it comes to claims they dont have the balls to answer your call because they know what they have done. So unprofessional Don't do business with them, terrible people! |
