Beware Texas companies, BEWARE TEXAS DRIVERS! L.H. Chaney trucking/Materials, here in North Texas, those trucks involved with the HWY114 project; I watched as a tractor trailer threw a large hunk of concrete off it's trailer, which hit my truck. I took photos of the trailer while I was still on the road, as it continued driving on. This is a clear cut claim. They sent the claim to AIG, where it I was told it would be paid, then later after I was told the claims rep was fired, the claim changed to denied with them saying they couldn't prove their insured truck was ever there!! ****Beware AIG, they do not honor proper claims! Clear cut, photos of truck, location, damage etc...! |
