Do not use this company. They are liars and will cheat you in every way. They will lie and tell you they do not hire Contractor, Sub-Contractors or Day Laborers. They tell you their movers are their employees. These are lies. The movers told us they were sub-contractors and are not employees of Titan. They will triple the price they give you on the day of your scheduled move. They know 90% of people cannot get another mover in that short of time leaving stuck with Titan. They don't weigh what you are having moved they just triple the amount they originally quoted you. They damaged 90 % of my furniture. Their insurance company CSI works for them so you get screwed when you turn in a claim. We never have been paid anything by CSI. Be smart and run from this scamming company. |
