Dear Who it may Concern, The company at hand is a pro. They cost more but deliver on what they promise. One of their estimators came out by the name of Jacob and did an on site inspection. At first I didn't really understand anything about the business and how it all goes down. Bottom line is Jacob sold me on the deal after a 2.5 hour session where he walked around the house explaining to me how they intend to deal with each and every item. I ask him to do this because I didn't really think they were a serious company. I ended up paying $175 more for their quote but they were the only to take the time and give me a binding quote. Although the funny part is that the movers did such a fast and good job that the total cost came out $250 less then the binding not to exceed. So eventually everything was at the new place (in perfect condition i might add) and I paid LESS!! I plan on moving again next summer and will defiantly go with SUPER MOVERS! PS. Sales department was straight forward, confirmed checked rechecked all the information - followed up to see if I got question after the in-home and did everything right. They even moved the BBB(I called to check) Richard Andrews, Lov'in every MIN! |
