I was quoted a price, which I had given exact measurements when listing my inventory. When they came to pack everything up, the price jumped enormously and I was being told different prices. Since I wanted my furniture to arrive before a certain time, I agreed. I ended up sending less items because they overcharged. It took almost a month for my items to be delivered. They lost a Container which had valuable items. I called the company multiple times, not only to let them know my container was not delivered, but to let them know I have a container which does not belong to me. This was in July, it is now October and nobody has contacted me, either about my container or the container I have, which belongs to somebody else. Very disappointed with the customer service. Everything went well until I paid. After that, no one cared. Issue has not been resolved. |
