They've scheduled either Wednesday or Thursday for pick up last week (Aug 21, 2019). Come Wednesday - no update, I called and was told that we will be scheduled for Thursday pick up. Come Thursday - they said they won't be able to do the pick up. They scheduled Friday and even provided time frame for the pick up. The next day, they said that they can't pick up again. What a scammer! Super unreliable! They already have our credit card info and they want to charge us 15% for the deposit! DO NOT CONTACT/USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!! |
