DONT NOT TRUST THEM!!!! I repeat BAD COMPANY. This company has been very poor from Day one .first received a call from Juan a senior moving consultant I was originally quoted about $500 dollars less and once the movers arrive was told I had more belongings when Juan originally told me I didn�t have enough and added things to my itinerary. my belongings arrived 10 days late after i called several times from atlanta to st louis. I was supposed to be issued a credit for the quote change and never did. My items came chest missing a leg, nightstand missing, two metal Scratches in the paint, and missing my entire footboard and rails to my gorgeous upholstered bed that cost me good money, my prized possession. I was told to fill out a CSI claim and was offered only $192 for all items i mentioned above. I had proof of purchase of these items and before and after pictures as well. I was only given the price in the weight of the item times .60 cents. This was the WORST company i have ever dwelt with, with the worst regards to the customer or their items. Very rude staff from customer support, to movers, just overall POOR POOR POOR. I paid more to have people basically destroy my items. Once my items were out of my site they took them and did whatever to it and kept it stored somewhere for those extra days to the point i almost thought i was robbed. No one is doing anything to satisfy me when all I want is my bed and dressers replaced. I have to now move forward with legal representation. Writing reviews to help others and submit complaints with national boards. This is the worst experience i have ever dwelt with. On top of that i am pregnant and a week before finding out my boyfriend and I were able to move the same things just the two of us with one truck and not damage a thing. The only reason i used this company is because I found out i was pregnant and did not want to lift. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER AGENCY NOT A BROKER LIKE this ONE. Definitely not good for long distance travels. |
