It took law enforcement to get them to deliver my belongings. When my things arrived there was damage to many items and things were missing. They tried to deliver belongings that belonged to someone else which I sent back. I have communicated with Chris Carter about insurance reimbursement but have heard nothing in several weeks. I even loaned this company money to help through a rough time and have not been paid back. What an idiot I am. All in all, this company owes me around $15,000.00. I have been in tough with the Better Business Bureau and they are reaching out to Chris Carter. Do not use this mover. They are dishonest, and do not do what they promise to do. |
