DO NOT HIRE! I booked them through U-haul, and they completely screwed me yesterday. I had originally booked them for 9 am on 6/1 to move out of my apartment. Two days before they texted to confirm the appointment and asked if 1 pm was ok. On 6/1 they said they were running 1.5 hours behind - by 4 pm I still had not heard from them. Eventually they stopped responding to texts and phone calls and just DID NOT SHOW UP! This is incredibly unprofessional. If you would like your move to go smoothly - by that I mean to not be stranded with no help and a deadline of having to moving out on the day you actually scheduled I would choose another service! They are not dependable and don't even have the decency to call and cancel when it becomes apparent that they screwed up their timing so badly that they in fact, will not make it. Robar, do not even bother responding with an excuse akin to those I have read on other sites. The only person at fault here is you. |
