I sawCross Country on the internet and I also looked around. I went with them because their price was okay and the moving coordinator who helped me was great. I had to move my moving date a few times because of the weather and then I couldn�t close on my property, so he was really great to work with me to fix the schedule every time. The move went great. I already had my boxes packed so all they had to do was load and unload. However, my screen door got broken in the process and I didn�t notice it at first. They didn�t take the door off the hook and now, the door will not shut anymore. It seems like the door and the frame are not aligned anymore. I know that the front door was perfectly fine before. I had few large pieces of furniture and that might have been what caused the problem with the door. Since too much time had passed, I didn't contact American Van Lines anymore. Besides, stuff like that happens when one moves and the people were really nice. |
