This is the second time I used Trusted Movers in 13 months. Every step was made easy. Joe and Braden were timely, professional and really hustled. In reading other reviews, I think the experience is made more successful by knowing exactly what and how much you are moving, asking what can they pack, wrap up, protect etc. I did my homework in researching what makes a move successful. I didn't buy boxes that were too big, bought bubble wrap and paper, and made sure boxes weren't overpacked, then taped well and labeled. Then communication is key - asked lots of questions. And anticipating potential problems etc so they can come prepared. An antique grandfather's clock or a piano was a challenge that they successfully handled both moves! I found the pricing to be really fair and well earned. |
