Prior to hiring We-Pack for my move, I thoroughly considered all options. Even with all the positive reviews on Prodigy Moving and Storage, I was still hesitant to hire them because they did not offer to perform an on site estimate. I was concerned because our move was HUGE and the last thing I wanted was for there to be an issue because the estimate was off, financially or logistically. The estimator (Josh) did a great job at explaining to me why it wasn't necessary to do an on site survey because of the method they use to price the move. They offered a price that was guaranteed as long as the I provided them an accurate inventory list. And guess what, he was right! I decided to trust them and am very satisfied with my decision!! |
