Promised delivery GA to CT 2-3 days. Arrived in over two weeks. Serious lack of communication with this company. Appears there are more than one Prodigy moving and storage one of which is a bogus company. Goods arrived 5 out of 34 packages damaged and damp although contents are in tact. Delivery wanted $130 extra to take into basement despite distance within contractural agreement. All this frustration could have easily been avoided by honest initial communication with us. Manager Christian does he even exist?? Sorry, cant recommend. |
