STAY AWAY IF YOU EVER WANT TO SEE YOUR THINGS AND IN ONE PIECE!!! ...... I can't believe this ... I should've listened to the other reviews ... about 90% of my boxes were destroyed in ways I didn't even think possible, like SIDES completely ripped open. HOW DO YOU EVEN DO THAT?!?!?! .... Everything looked like it went through a hurricane. And I was told I shouldn't be using these boxes ... They're MOVING BOXES, that's what they're for?!?!?! ... Lost the legs to my office desk, a glass top to my floor lamp, god knows what else. EVERYTHING has scratches on it. Workout equipment had giant gashes in the soft foam parts, completely scratched up my bicycle and coffee table.
ALSO, BEWARE! They WILL try to screw you over. I wasn't there when they picked up my things, so EVERYTHING on the form was marked as scratched when they picked it up just so they don't have to worry about it.

Oh, and they left someone else's box with me ... Which didn't have any tags on it, so they didn't know whose it was .... So if you're missing a box after doing business with them, let me know.

And the movers were super rude and laughed about how you lose 10% of your stuff every time you move like that's a totally normal thing to expect from a moving company ... Should make that your slogan ....

Here's a rundown of what their claims process is like just so you know what to expect when they jack up all your stuff ....
You will be asked to provide pictures of all damaged items, BUT NO MORE THAN TWO PICTURES OF EACH _AND_ they must include the WHOLE item ... so if you have a large workout machine, or a dining room table, or any other kind of large item, have fun trying to show the damage in all the detail, like multiple scratches and dings at different angles, while also capturing THE WHOLE item in NO MORE THAN 2 IMAGES ... (unless there are literally chunks missing, which I wouldn't be surprised at this point)
Also, you must submit JUST ONE FILE _AND_ no zip files allowed... Yup, they sure don't want to make it easy for you... Here's a tip, folks - download Photoshop, go to Automate -> PDF Presentation, select all your images and create one PDF file. Then go to https://smallpdf.com/compress-pdf and compress it so it's less then 10MG ... Tho there might be website that combine images into one pdf also ... That's right, you have to fit all the damage in one file, showing whole items, and it can't be more than 10 MG. Good luck if you have multiple items damaged in multiple places...
And here's all the details on how you'd go about submitting said claim.

Oh, and the don't even dream of trying to read anything on your carbon copy bill of lading ... There are virtually no marks, and whatever scribbles did manage to come through are completely illegible ....

Can't wait to see how this is gonna turn out ...
