Moving is stressful. And Trusted Movers made it a calming, very professional and detailed experience for us. I called their front desk multiple times with questions (quote, hour estimates, do you pack the TV, can I get extra boxes, etc) and Miranda answered to the best of her knowledge and was quite responsive. She also called me back when I hung up. On the day of the move their team loaded our boxes, boxed items we didn't have time to pack, disassembled furniture and packed it in packing material to avoid damage, took their time to make sure that the furniture was packed well, disassembled the baby's crib (and reassembled it in the new house), laid out the furniture in the new house, rearranged the furniture a few times based on our linking and much more. They also had a team lead that communicated well (in our case in English) and was friendly. If you are looking for peace of mind when moving then Trusted Movers is who you should select. |
