Worst experience ever! They not only took passed their contracted date to deliver my goods causing me to spend $800 out of pocket to travel internationally since I had none of my belongings, when they arrived many items where broken and they lost my coffee table base and 10 boxes. They were supposed to credit me $30 for every day late passed the contracted date and we were told by the driver that they reimburse. I have received no reimbursement, none of my missing items nor compensation for any items that were broken. They responded back that I should check my stuff to make sure it was missing. Are you kidding me?? Plus the rate almost doubled upon pick up. Most unprofessional, incompetence and absolutely ridiculous organization. Do not use!! WARNING! |
