I'll give them one star but only because I can't give them less. This is a great company to use if you want all your things lost and broken. If you're wanting to be up-charged more than 50%, they are great because they will demand you pay the extra amount in cash only on site OR hold all your belongings. When we inquired about the terms of our contract, we found out two of the guys doing the work (the one who kept scratching the floors in our new home and dropping our boxes) had been recruited from a gas station down the street and didn't actual work for the moving company. If you think paying someone to dump your drawers straight into boxes is worth the investment, they are the guys to pick. To sum up our experience in one word: abhor. |
