HORRIBLE Customer Service! The movers were scheduled for 4pm on 3/30/13 and they never showed. I called the company (since they didn't have the decency to call me) and I was told they were running behind and would be there at 6pm. Once 6pm arrived, they were still no shows. I called back and the told me 8pm. They never showed up and when I tried calling back, they ignored my calls. We were left without movers and had to pay strangers for last minute help. I called to peak with a manager and the company rep yelled at me on the phone and hung up. They are rude, unreliable, and unprofessional. |
