I would take them to court but I have to do it in New Jersey and I live in Michigan. So, since that is not a realistic option for me I'll do the next best thing and try to save anyone else from making a HUGE MISTAKE by having anything to do with this company by sharing my HORRIBLE and COSTLY experience on every social media platform I can find. I will also be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and with the New Jersey Attorney General's office.

It started off bad from the day they were supposed to come pick up my belongings in Virginia to move me to Michigan. They were scheduled to arrive to start loading on 8/27/18 between 8am-12pm. At 4pm I finally received notice that they weren't going to be able to make it that day and would reschedule pickup. Lost day of work for me. Rescheduled for 8/30/18 with arrival between 2pm-6pm. At 7:30pm I received a call from the driver that he would be there around 11pm! Really, 11:00 at night to start loading! I had already spoken to the broker I set this all up through at 5:30 and he had arranged with Integrated Moving Solutions to be there the next day (8/30/18) by 8am. Apparently the office failed to let their driver know that. Another lost day of work for me. Well, the driver did finally show up the next morning, but not until 9:30am. Then they not only increased the original quote for the move by an additional $1,260 based on the amount of space in the truck I needed. Ok, I understand that but they first tried to charge me $2,500 for the additional space and then argued with me when I measured the space and calculated the cubic footage. All that math in school actually did pay off when then tried to rip me off!

So then delivery day comes around. I receive a call at 10:30 on 9/25/18 to tell me they will be arriving by 4:00 that day. No prior notice, just we'll be there today! They didn't arrive until 5:30pm. Surprise, surprise - NOT! Then they spent a good 90 minutes or better unloading someone else's stuff onto my driveway so they could get to my belongings! When they finally started unloading my goods I had to ASK for the Bill of Laden to check things off as they unloaded them. This is where the real fun begins. The two fellows who had loaded everything back in Virginia did a horrible job of inventorying the items. There were things that didn't have the stickers on them so you just had to search through the Bill of Laden to try to find the corresponding item, and of those items that did have a sticker a significant number didn't match the description for the number on the Bill of Laden. Not to mention that the description on the Bill of Laden was extremely generic. It was a fiasco to say the least, especially since the two guys delivering just kept pulling stuff off the truck, setting it here, there, and everywhere in the driveway and garage without allowing time for it to be checked off the inventory list. By this time it has gotten dark and the finally start bringing things into the house and unwrappping and setting up. As they are unwrapping we find all kinds of damage to the furniture. I bring this to their attention and am told that I will need to take pictures and send in a damage claim. NO mention that the damage needs to be noted on the Bill of Laden at the time. By the time they finish it is 1:30 am in the morning. Oh, and did I mention, I have 2 gun safes that I specifically discussed with the moving broker when I contracted the move and said that the safes would have to be taken into the basement. I paid extra for the heavy items and was told that would not be a problem. The delivery guys REFUSED to even bring them into the house, let alone take them into the basement. I could barely get them to bring them into the garage! I had to hire another company, at the tune of an additional $600 to move the safes. Something I had already paid for!

So, now comes the damage claim. I find out from Integrated Moving Solutions that I have to submit the claim through a third party arbitrator, MovingClaims.net. So, I get all my pictures, pay for a furniture repair professional to give me a quote to repair the damages, fill out the forms and send everything in. The quote to repair the furniture was 2,095! After 4 months! I finally receive an offer of settlement for damages ... for $72! I contact MovingClaims.net to file a dispute of the settlement offer and they tell me they don't arbitrate the settlements, they just handle the paperwork and it is the moving company (Integrated Moving Solutions) who determine the settlement offer and I would have to contact them if I don't accept the offer. Needless to say, Integrated Moving Solutions doesn't return phone calls or emails, of which I have l left several. Total RIPOFF!!!!!!!
