Do not use this company if you value professionalism and prefer to avoid stress. Items took one month to deliver. This timeframe was within contract (21 business days), however communication during this time was vague and non-specific such that it was never known if or when items would be expected. No prior indication was given that the move would take this long. You will be the one who has to contact them for updates - no effect is made to keep you informed. The updates that you pull from them are basically worthless anyway. Items arrived broken - several hundred dollars in damage. A box from another customer was incorrectly delivered to me during unpacking. 2 weeks later after notifying them and repeated texts to pick it up, this box is still sitting in my apartment. The told me they are trying to find out who the owner is - in spite of the fact that the owners name and prior address are on the pictures of the box I sent them. I've moved cross country multiple times and never had to deal with a company like this which obviously does not care. This company needs legal intervention to clear up it's act or find a new line of business. |
