These people are SCAM ARTISTS!! They rented a home from us and signed a lease with a FALSE social security number and left the property months before the lease was up with stories of how there was a death in the family and so on and so forth. The property is 4 hours away from our primary residence so we weren't able to check up on them and they seemed really nice and genuine so we believed their story only to find our home completely abandoned and they skipped out on 4 months rent! From everything we've researched about them (since they scammed us) we feel foolish for not seeking out more information sooner!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!! |
