Do not hire these movers. 3 movers came to our house and they said several times to us take care of us meaning to tip them generously. We are generous tippers if a good job is done...But this unfortunately was not the case. How can I tip people knowing they damaged my door, shelving unit and my dresser and they couldn't even move my fridge. It took them an hour to move our fridge (located on the same floor) to the top of my stairs (mind you from my kitchen to the stairs is only 26 feet) and they requested us to disassemble the door handles (disassembling is supposed to be included in their service) and they still couldn't figure out how to get the fridge down the stairs. I'm glad we did not have them move our fridge down since they probably would have further damaged my home. They also said their boss charges $50 extra on top of their current rate for TVs and This was never disclosed. Our TV is only 25lbs and my toddler weighs more than that so I am not sure why they would charge extra for it! The only thing they ask when booking is to let them know heavy items which we did tell them about the fridge. See my photos for my damaged property. I'm still waiting for remediation of this issue and was told today by Daniel that he will file a claim and I won't likely hear anything up to 3 weeks. Moving is stressful enough to but do yourself a favor and do not add more stress by hiring this company |
