Please don't trust them with delivery dates...Our furniture is supposed to be moved from New Jersey to Las Vegas,they took our furniture on 30th Sept'18 from our home in New Jersey and since then till today 10/28/18 we have no visibility where it is...Mark who is their sales manager and Chris who is their delivery manager are both a bunch of lies...They both have not bothered to respond to our emails and never ever return our calls..Every time we have to call them and Chris would either quote the contract (20 working days) whereas at the time of signing the contract Mark committed our furniture would reach us by 10-12th Oct.Chris keeps on committing to new dates every time we manage to get hold of him (it takes at least a day or two usually to get hold of him).It is very frustrating to deal with this company as they don't give a damn about their customers.We still do not have any visibility on where our furniture is.Our attempts to reach out to the company have been blocked by the receptionist saying he doesn't come to office and we do not have his no. We strongly recommend to not to deal with this company.. |
